There will be a dematt charge between £5-£10 depending on the severity of the matting. This is to cover blade sharpening as dematting blunts the tools and also to cover the extra time needed.
Any no shows or cancellations under 24 hours will incur a 50% charge of the groom to cover loss of earnings.
